1. Propose a topic
Describe the research question, background, and why the topic is worth investigating.
2. Review feasibility
The lab reviews whether the project can be supported with available equipment, time, and mentorship.
3. Begin research
Accepted students receive guidance on planning, documentation, safety, and project execution.
